Sometimes it is through being transparent that we can forgive ourselves and others. And, sometimes it is through speaking to someone else do we gain wisdom and another perspective on an issue. No matter what your concerns may be: loss of a loved one, sexual, emotional or physical abuse, anxieties or fears, depression, separation or divorce, anger or emotionally out of control. We are here to help. HFM Counseling Center has licensed, compassionate and non-judgmental counselors waiting to assist you.
